Sorry, I don't believe a word of it. Just another religious story among thousands throughout history based on a story made up my the ancients who didn't know any better. We should.

I love and follow Christ with all of my heart, but if the rapture is what is described as in Matthew 24:41-42, then I want absolutely no part in it.
verses 41 and 42 speak of the ungodly being taken away, not the Christians.
Read Matthew 13... it explains what happens in clearer detail.

That is referring to the Second Coming, not the rapture.
You get raptured whether you want it or not.

Jesus will appear in the sky to rapture his believers then seven years later Jesus will return with all his believers and touch down upon the earth causing a great earthquake in Israel.
