yes, but they went about it in the wrong way. They have taken what could be a classy place and turned it into some benidorm of the rich. It was too much, too soon. Capitalism out of control so to speak.

It's disaster of the world made by all rich people in the developed coutries and countries who have oil resource.

i knew all along that dubai was too much too soon, and western investors got carried away.
