But unfortunately, where I reside, there are numerous people who get shot dead when pulling a weapon too early and at a distance that is not close enough to use that weapon instantly if it is necessary to do so. I would suggest people should always assume the person they about to tangle with is armed, do not pull the weapon without ample opportunity to use it.
