Chesapeake Energy promotes fitness through their 72,000 square foot state-of-the-art campus fitness center and provides gym reimbursements for employees in the field.

Employees with heightened medical risk factors are encouraged to participate in personal one-on-one sessions with a health coach addressing such concerns as hypertension, diabetes, stress management and heart disease.

The Chesapeake employee garden is one square block and has over 200 employees using organic methods of gardening. Surplus vegetables are donated to local non-profit organizations.
