Christmas Card ("The Christmas Blessing")

Please Read! One of my favorite movies "The Christmas Card" set to one of my favorite songs "The Christmas Blessing" by NewSong. Hope you enjoy it! :) Merry Christmas!

For those of you who have not seen this movie, here's a brief synopsis:
In the midst of war in Afghanistan, Cody Cullen (John Newton) is touched by a lovely card sent by Faith Spelman (Alice Evans) from the small, picturesque town of Nevada City, California. As months pass, the card never leaves his side, giving him the strength to survive and setting him on a mission to find her.

Not sure what happened to my post, but wanted to thank you for such a beautiful video. I discovered this movie this year and loved it! John Newton, what more is there to say about that!! Have been to Nevada City so it was the perfect setting for this movie. The song is perfect for this vid. Beautiful work, thank you!! :)

I was in this movie. I was also the lead stand-in for Alice...she was ok...a bit snubby, but Johnny! He was even more adorable in person and so nice! And Nevada County is an AWESOME place to live all year, not just winter. I can vouch for that! They lucked out that it snowed heavy on a few days of shooting, cuase the fake snow looked...well fake! Lol! Very fun times when we shot that...but cold!

this is an awesome song and the movie was great. We need to remember our troops everyday of the year. I come from a military family and it's because of our troops that we have what we have.

@loiwin2011 I have an address this yr to send cards to a recovering US soldier, and I plan to send at least a dozen! It's the very least I can do to show these brave men and women that they are not forgotten or unappreciated! I never knew of a way to do it before this yr, to send cards overseas and ironically, I have 2 friends with husbands in the military who didnt know how to either. But this yr someone left an address on my FB wall with the address to the navy hospital.

Nov.2010 when i first watched this movie and i really like the message...we have to remember those military men spending lonely Christmas and new year in the battlefield...why not send them CHRISTMAS CARDS ?????
