This is surely one of the most lawless countries of all time. There is no sense of order or manners. Light goes green and get the hell out of my way cause I'm coming through. What a joke. No wonder all countries that accept these as immagrants have huge spikes in vehicle accidents. And all they really know to use a car for is to stage accidents so the family can have the easy life on our insurance companies, which raises our rates. Cocksuckers should ALL be deported right back there.

Don't know why people are giving my comment the "thumbs down." Nothing controversial said - most should be wearing a helmet, but, since none are moving quicker than about 1 or 2 mph at that crossing (if at all, a person walks faster), the absence of a helmet in those moments isn't a big deal.
