  • I know what you mean. Finta Giardiniera is not one of Mozart's most popular or well-known operas. :( But we love it!

  • If it gets to 1000 ever, I'll do the 2nd dvd :)

  • Over 1000 now! Please please post 2nd dvd:)

  • Unfortunately my dvd drive has been worn out. I can no longer rip dvds :(

  • I love this, thanks so much for putting it up. Do you have any of act 2?

  • I do, but for what 100 views? I don't think ill take the trouble to do it all for that.

  • bad půayback

  • This first act doesn't impress me much. I like much better the second act

  • Getting close to a thousand views now...

I start rehearsals for this (playing Nardo) next tuesday, and found this really interesting. There are lots of things you don't get with just the score in front of you.

I really like the staging of this, and the use of a non-singing chorus is really clever. I'd love to see acts 2 and 3.

Also, beethomozart is a silly sausage. Stop making the same stupid comment.

  • long live mozart

  • Oh please please please PLEASE post act 2! I am just DYING to see the rest! I haven't seen La Finta Giardiniera before, it's not available in my area and I only have scraps of the arias (BTW, did I miss Belfiore's aria "Da Scirocco a Tramontana", or was it cut?). So, please, on my hands and knees, I'm begging you!
