Yes I know but it's not really like a RPG! You don't take turns attacking with a attack or have to do strategic things!Which is why I don't really count it as a RPG!
What youre describing is a Turn-Based RPG. Most RPGs can be broken down into 2 sub categories, Turn-Based and Real-Time.
Many Japanese RPGs are Turn-Based (such as most of the Final Fantasy Series), but there are just as many Real Time RPGs out their (Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Fallout 3, the "Tales of ..." series and of course WOW to name just a few.
RPG doesnt just mean turn based, any game with character / skill development can be classed a (partial) RPG.
Lol, Fallout 3...social life, wallet and hard drive will suffer, I spent every moment I was awake pretty much playing that, but when you sell weed all you have to do is answer the door...so no social life and wallet did not suffer...good times
