@syntse Keep in mind, Bass is omnidirectional, and thats what the Sound to Light microphone pics up. So your lights will be able to hear the Bass Hits wherever they are.
-
if you put it on sound to light you can use XLR cables to put them on master slave
(ONLY IF THE ARE the same effects leke 4 moving heads scaners LED pars and more

That´s a centerpiece effect: you hang it in the middle of the ceiling and it will move to the music and then hit little motorised mirrors and mirrorballs (half mirrorballs) if you have a closer look you can see them
John, you are like the sweetest dj ever. and you know so much about everything!
One thing I'd really like to learn about is homemade effects, for those of us with smaller wallets.
That would be crazy awesome.

to Varietyshop, to be honest one of the best fx's is the pin spot and mirror ball, very cheep and will fill a room!

For the sound controls if DJs usually set up the lights behind them should some speaker be directed to the lights to pick up the sound?
syntse 4 years ago
NO, if you have a sount to light , light you can place it any where and it will still pick up the sound from the speakers.
