According to the series' creator who developed the main characters, none of the 7 gummies living in the Glen (Grammi, Zummi, Gruffi, Tummi, Sunni, Cubbi and later Gusto) are related by blood. They live together as a group but there is no biological relationships. So, Sunni and Cubbi may treat one another like siblings because they grew up together but they don't share the same parents at all. Likewise, neither Grammi or any of the others are their actual parents.

Well, if you go by the show's bible, none of the gummies are related biologically but I do think they see one another as siblings. I usually pair Sunni with Buddi Barbic. But this was a gift video for one of my friends who likes them as a couple

Funny, I used to watch the series when I was about ten years old (- I'm in my twenties now), and I always asumed that they were brother and sister - therefore I'd never have thought about the two of them falling in love with each other.

To me Cubby seemed like a "typical" younger brother, and Sunny like a typical elder sister - loving her brother deeply, but feeling embarassed because of his being childish at the same time.

I really loved the series back then - nice vid! :)

i have the series in volume 1 but i would really like to have volume 2.I first saw Gummi bears when I was 10, i am 14 now but I still love Cubbi,Calla and Sunni

I haven't seen this show since I was 5. I am now 23. Thanks for putting them on here. It's nice to relive that part of my childhood. I only wish this show could be on for my nieces and nephews.
