  • That is so fucking amazing.. IBM made some of the most revolutionary laptops. The Thinkpads were the first laptops to incorporate PCMCIA slots, CD Drives, and illuminated keyboards. They were also the first to support projection display, by literally removing the back of the LCD screen.
