For printing the book, I would suggest the ClickBook software. It will print books of any size. From cute doll books to full-sized books on any printer. Even prints in signatures.

i see you used A4 for the actual book pages but what size did you use for the red cover?

a little big than a3 size, after biniding ,you will need a cutter to make 3 sides of the book in order.
