One of the best MMORPGs and sandbox games I've ever played.

Just a heads up for new players; FORGET EVERYTHING YOU HAVE EVER KNOWN ABOUT AN MMO. You have to start this game with an open mind, otherwise you'll get lost, expecting to be similar to other games where it isn't. The best similarity I can come up with, is that it's kind of like the offspring of EVE Online and Morrowind/Oblivion. Medieval fantasy rpg, that's 100% driven by the players and their creations.

Started back up after rage quitting a year and a half ago, and this game has come very far since then. I am enjoying it thoroughly: as a long time player of both UO and Everquest, MO is shaping up to be a spiritual successor to both, striving towards the sandbox feel of UO and coming close to matching the immersion and exploration found in oldschool EQ. If you have not tried it, please do. The trial does NOT require a credit card. This game has a good chance at being one of the greats.
