Lubchenco sucks as head of NOAA. This bitch cannot or will not provide a RELIABLE weather service, as many if not all of the Flash weather pages do not operate properly with IE 8... MANY e-mails have gone un-answered and the weather pages still "operate" as this UNQUALIFIED head. THEY JUST DO NOT WORK...

Part 1:

Could Jane Lubchenco have filled the air with any more empty words - I don't think so. You had a Harvard educated Palinese talker. She showed she's memorized talking points of a script of useless drivel as none of her answer spoke directly to your question. Displays laziness in that she did not prepare to learn of area she is going to speak in.

The question you asked referred to an issue that is not new to the area and therefore there is information out there.

Part 2:

If she is the type to rely on info obtained from State Gov, if she even did that, & not look for further area info -- so much for advanced ed & intelligence as that shows lack of the latter. Books smarts doesn't fly without common sense. Google search provides more truthful info than State provides. She should be aware that Parnell submitted disaster request -- was she?? Seems too she's been ignoring information & questions asked from people which would have set out problems.

Part 3:

Have to say -- Obama totally sucked on this appointment & he needs to know. Also has to be brought to his attention of her & staff being unresponsive to submissions by citizens. Especially for an admin as technically advanced as she truly should have known before she showed up what would be presented. Seems he missed the mark or made the choice to ignore all the PEW connections. Obama has some 'splainin to do'

Part 4:

Personally, me thinks Lubchenco has been "bought" over the years. Unfortunately, I don't think proof will show until after her title is gone but if left until then, she'll screw everything. Time for some actions to be taken. To wait for her 'to understand' in her way of thinking, too many people will starve. You & I will be long gone & so will the fish. There will also be many new administrations in between her & then.

Part 5:

She's underestimated the people of AK and will be rudely awakened. Conversation with East Coast areas now needs to be opened up as this looks like a systemic problem now too.
