So what, countries which practice social democracies like Norway, Sweden, Finland, UK and Switzerland who have been generally unscathed by the financial crisis are going to collapse? China, the biggest social democracy in the world? In fact, the US is basically the only country that has democracy which doesn't have a large socialism party.
