This video was taken in January 2010. These are self made dumbbells I had to make in order to increase the weight. It is hard to make out in the video but here is the weight breakdown on each dumbbell.

6 - 25lb plates
2 - 10lb plates
2 - 5lb plates
bar - 6lbs
Total per dumbbell - 186lbs
