Guide: How to make L4D survival mode (using console)

This video shows in detailed steps how to make your own survival mode in Left 4 Dead.
I use the following console commands:

sv_cheats 1
z_common_limit 90
z_background_limit 90
z_mob_spawn_max_size 60
z_mob_spawn_min_size 50
z_no_cull 1
director_panic_forever 1
director_force_panic_event

the only thing missing is the tanks and the over welming special infected when you reach 2:30 minutes
