This video is one of the first videos to have captions. According to a newspaper story on YouTube, all YouTube videos that have good audio of speech content will be also be visible as captions too.

I actually typed in all the captions for this video, but I know of the speech recognition feature. It still doesn't work that great, at least with what I've seen.
