  • My opinion though is that you cant have miso without dashi stock. Chicken soup is just not the same. Love miso soup!Dashi only takes a few minutes from scratch. also another reason why miso shouldnt be boiled is because miso is alive. there are all sorts of wonderfull microorganisms in there that are good for your system. If you boil it your killing them all(Same idea as yeast)
