  • Hey, just wondering...did you have to unlock your Liquid E to get the anime background and stuff? Because I watched some other reviews, and none of the other ones are changed...

  • @SakuraSasukeonCloud9 I just changed my wallpaper. You longpress on an empty space the desktop (called the Home screen), and choose the Wallpaper option that comes up.

  • xaueious, i really need some help here. Thanks for the video. help me started out, but i do not know what a kernel means. If you could please tell me the bins and roms you have installed on your liquid e.

On mine I installed bin build 100.39, with malez, and ROM Xian v1. It was very good it even can boost the CPU even if I don't know what a kernel is. lol. Problem was it won't apps2sd properly.

    thanks,

    syabing

  • @syabing If you already got the CPU overclocked, you already flashed the 'kernel' (the boot.img in the update.zip file you use in recovery).

    I use LCR...

  • @xaueious Are you telling me that you only installed LCR 1.7 and nothing else? OK thanks 'cause that is what I'm also doing to mine. I was just so upset that Xian v1 did not work. It has so many enhancement it promised. thanks.

  • @syabing I'm on LCR 1.8 now. You wont find too many differences because they all based on off the Acer ROMs, for now. Go to Modaco's Liquid forum and do some reading ;)

  • im kinda a noob when it comes to these things so i was just wondering if you could tell me where to find an OC kernel and how to install it?

  • @xaueious Got it, thanks for replying.

  • Did you have to buy the aps from the Android market?

  • @xaueious I am reading and found out what I needed. In fact, it was one of your article that started all how to modify my liquide. thanks.

  • do the alert lights still work at the top of the phone with this current setup?
