i agree with atvriderman cause there should be a little lever over your clutch that says brake pull the clutch in and the switch should flip out cause my quad does the same thing as that when i have the switch flipped on. Hope you have fun with the quad
ccould be the jetting needle in the carb theres a little piece that snaps on to control the fuel air mixture mine fell off and did the same thing or its a fouled plug
dude for starts it'll never rev up with out the air box on it and it's not good to run it with the baffle cover off dont ask y about the air box cuz idk mine does that to

move the parking brake or wiggle it a liitle and if that doesnt work the throttle cap thing at top
