@BeckyBall It's looks fabric and yeah the heel is lucite or either metallic . It's funny you should say that, I assumed they're just the queen's shoes as they show Phoenix's and.. Raja's (?) at 0:26.. but in the promo shots for the girls as they are in this, none of the girls have shoes like that.. Why do you ask about the shoe anyway btw, or just like the design?

@imasugarush Yes I think they are gorgeous! they are not a conventional design. The more I look at them the more I realize they are not wearable. But I still would like to find out who makes them :)
