I would guess since DC and Baltimore are close proximity, Eastern Motors is trying to capitalize on both markets. By having players from both city's NFL teams plug their product, they are appealing to both DCers and Baltimorians. Well, that's just my guess. But I'm sure your "randomly threw in Willis Mcgahee who plays for the Ravens" comment is probably the correct one...
