Mugen: Rare Akuma's new Powers

Yep, he is even stronger now!
The first bit is showing off rare akuma's
new ability that instagibs, not entirely
sure why,but it might have to do with the amount of health SD has. 2nd Part shows 2 rare akumas fighting showing off some new stuff!

Also, he has the ability to stop time! It lasts longer based on the amount of power he has.


oh and im not sure why, but it looks like the rare akumas drain eachother's
life :/

ive seen quite a few mugen matches on youtube. But during the R akuma vs R akuma fight, I had to ask myself just what the fuck was going on. Way to much action and none of it makes sense.
