Forgetting the 1st time is embarrassing enough, but Rick Perry was given 2 more chances to remember what he was going to say. No such luck for Perry this night. On the 3rd attempt, he seemed to have trouble remembering what he had already said the 1st time. At the end of the clip, you can see Maria Bartiromo trying to hold back laughter.
