The second TALL SHIPS race "SAIL OSAKA97" race started from Kagoshima, and it aimed at Osaka in the goal in April, 1997. Each ship aimed at Osaka though it was afflicted by the contrary wind and a calm from the goal district. The vessel was not able to arrive at the goal line, and decided the order according to the time system.
