And I did consider him moving around while he was in the circus world. My problem is when you look around this area Max is in after that, there seems to be no way he could have gotten there...short of rock climbing up the side of the tower.

I dont think thats plot holes, when he enters places like the circus on the Island he is probably only there mentally, in the real world time elapses and he walk around looking all crazy talking to imaginary clowns. And then he snaps out of it and finds himself in a new location. Maybe brought there by the doctors. Nice lets play so far, thx for uploading.
