LOL I dunno I think it gets on their nerves. But to me its a matter of perspective, JYP judges on what he sees, if he thinks the contestant now is worthy of going into the next round. YG has a longer outlook, he sees if there is potential for growth. You can see it clearly in 14:07, JYP thinks the girl's normal but YG thinks she can improve a lot more.

from what I observed, YG likes unique voices with a bit of twang or stands out(like CL, Park Bom), SM likes those with steady voices who can belt it out when the needs calls for it(TVXQ, Shinee, lead singer in snsd and SUJU)...as for JYP, I'm a bit confused, he looks for so many things, yet when I look at his list of current artists...sure they have stage presence, but other singers from other companies can outsing and outdance them, hence able to give a more charismatic performance
