This is sad. Congress has got to do something quick.

This Schumer guy is a real idiot. It was his big mouth that caused a mass withdrawal-run on one of our banks. Not what we need right now. Thanks Chuck, for screwing up again.

that is a facially-ridiculous assertion, RGV.
one senator's remarks were less a cause than poor management.
once again, blame the democrats for all that bothers the landed-gentry. silly. simply silly.

Schumer is an all-around poor Senator. For example, he's devoted a significant portion of his efforts to disenfranchising citizens of there constitutional rights. Now that Schumer's error has been pointed out to him by the Supreme Court in DC v. Heller, it will be interesting to see if he continues.

Is your name Hans Von Spakowsky?
This is the same baseless claim that failed DoJ nominee for the Voting Rights/Election Fraud unit made.

This claim is not baseless. You just tipped your hand and exposed your ignorance on this issue. Hey, different things are important to different people. While you advocate for Pell grants for African American's on your other post, I feel that preserving EVERYONE'S constitutionally guaranteed civil rights is important.

RGV -- a/k/a "Idiot" -- Pell grants are solely "NEED-based". McCain voted repeatedly cut funding for them. So your boy is NOT for everyones' civil right to an affordable education. Niether are you, apparently.
Tell me (precisely, using rational proof -- maps) just exactly how whites were "oppressed" by Schumer's redistricting.
This ought to be a hoot!
