Actually, a third world country was any country during the Cold War that was neither aligned with NATO (first world) or the Soviet Union (Second World). It has nothing to do with resources or law system, that was merely a stereotype.

do you even know what a third world country is? a third world country means you cannot run off of your own resources, does not have a law system that is in place and enforced and a well set financial system for the people of that country
