Yes, SD is reinforcing Gary's own notion of unfair treatment, encouraging Gary to figure the judge was prejudiced against him, or maybe just incompetent, but in any case the focus is taken off the (lack of) merits of his case and put on behavior, which Gary has admitted could be better. This is a clever way to get back at Gary, encouraging him to appeal and LOSE again, HA! You, on the other hand, are addressing the real reasons for the dismissal, which is more to the truth point.

@gedgetips I guess I hadn't seen it that way. My fear is that people might start thinking that Gary's case had merit and that it was dismissed on a whim, which is not true. SD makes an excellent point, which most people won't understand...

I'm glad you made this video. Some people are definitely misconstruing what I said, and I was really responding more to Gary's behaviour right now rather than implying that his case was tossed out because he's an asshole. You're right, it was dismissed because he has no case and he doesn't know what he's doing.

Not related to the court case but why do you complain about Gary filing DMCAs when people use his footage without his permission when you yourself have your own rules whereby if someone uses footage from your clips without linking to it from the video itself, you will DMCA them (your own words).
