ur a stubborn moron if u reply to ppl saying "it is not. there is only parkour" parkour is getting from 1 point to another by using the environment and ur surroundings ur not going anywhere ur going from point a to point a using a front flip or a trick which is free running only part which was parkour was prob jumping off the roof ... that was free running not parkour get ur facts straight

@applemuzuka Freeruning contains somersaults (?) and main idea of freerunning is make some run showy and amazing, and Parkour is defeating the obstacles as soon as possible.
