Kajukenbo Kata 1

Our Kajukenbo Kata 1 is from the lineage of Professor Walter Godin. When Chief Instructor told the students to check their stances, he didn't mean for them to actually look. He wants students to consciously think about their stances, foot placement, and balance while doing the form. (Yes, Chief looked but he was checking the students.)

Also, he doesn't make sound effects unless he's teaching children. Hmm...must be the video. Oh wait, a young person is controlling the camera. That explains it. "Quick! To the Batmobile!"
