Why is it OK for the POLICE to operate Mobiles and walkie Talkies while driving, I see it all the time, theres One law for the Public and another for the Police guess thats what comes of living in a police state

It is a nice way to lose idiots, yes... however the problem is that those idiots tend to be safe in their car as they plow down innocents (who may not be idiots... just careless or in the wrong spot at the wrong time)... so the law is about protecting society from idiots.
