@funkateer17 , -That would not make sense, Tracy was from KIngsbridge, much older , already had a kid, pretty much retired from bombing when Cap was in his zenith of his madness,furthermore Tracy was focuses more on commercial projects and galleries in Manhattan and the most important thing was not MPC, they might have know each other, but they were from two different schools of Graffiti, I ask you this what would Tracy have to gain by helping Cap?never believed the shotgun story

I remember PJAY wrote up to the penpals page, in the UK Hip hop magazine Hip Hop Connection, back in the early '90s, looking for people trade photos and write to him in prison (again).,
