  • Don't give up the day job, Kev

  • great..great

  • 55 secs me on cream n brown scoot

  • cheers for the reply, yes your right we should'nt be calling each other names.we all have the same passion for the the scooters and the scene.but i fear this debate will rattle on for ages.i wonder what it will say in scootering this month.keep the faith...

  • i have to agree with tumblethai, the stage did spoil it, the green is known all around the world as the meeting place for scooterists, people can have there own opinion and are entitled to share that opinion but there is no need to be calling people "morons" or "mugs". the islands council enjoy the scooterists coming down every year, the only reason the stage was there is because part of the council was out voted by the rest of the council to have it.

  • As there already are loads of events on what need is there of a noisy open air do in the middle of town -just to p1ss off the locals?? the promoter only got the council's agreement by lying and claiming that the rally would go elsewhere without his bunfight, screw him -I hope he lost a fortune.

  • thats just my personal view, there was no need to be called a moron for it.and its no good arguing about we will be at it for ages over this.vespa or lambretta same sort of thing.the council apparently didnt even want the ride out.just my own view and im not the only one.just one of the first to say it.still any way keep the faith, see ya next year on or off the green.

  • This issue is going to be split straight down the middle...personally,I like the green for the scooters..almost tradition you could say...has been since '82(My 1st visit) and even maybe before that....hey,there was even a petition going around so its not there next year!!...still...a BLINDING rally that's always blessed with the weather....and I'll be there next year if it's back on the green or not.
