Freezing-moments @ the Danube-beach Lobau.
Death is always around us and something commonplace. It ends a cycle and yet is the birth of something new. We let go of the old and known and proceed towards something new and seemingly unknown.
"Dying" and "death" are barely a topic openly adressed in our society. Especially the very moment of dying is rarely talked about.

FREEZER-BOOTH offers a translation into media.
Non professionals of the Danube-beach in vienna are beeing asked to become conscious of their personal "take" on dying.
This moment will be frozen onto film.

„Kling, Glöckchen, klingelingeling, kling, Glöckchen, kling!
Laßt mich ein, ihr Kinder, ist so kalt der Winter,
öffnet mir die Türen, laßt mich nicht erfrieren.

Lyric by Karl Enslin, 1814
