It's only embarrassing if you're bothered about the eccentric dancing, which I'm not. The lyrics are pretty discontented to start with : it's not only a tribute to Debussy (and a beautiful one at that) but also a rebellious complaint against the stupid world we live in. But above all it's fantastic music. The Art of Noise were more talented than about 95% of their peers and didn't get the credit they deserved.

I've always thought this song was absolutely stunning in it's raw beauty and sheer audacity. What a wonderful pairing of exquisite beauty and the f**k you attitude of true artists.
