  • voice is soooooooooo low

  • Very informative video.

Metriks' FCE software allows the healthcare professional to objectively quantify and report on a person's functional abilities.

  • Thanks I broke my ankle n I hope this helps

  • If you have a sprained ankle type I, can you still do this excercise without jeopardising the total healing of the ankle?

  • does this help for flat feet?

  • @SkateBoardOB same i havent skated in 7 months because of my spraind ankle because i keep think i can skate but then i just sprain it again and i have sprainded it 9 times

  • Stop walking and get a wheel chair. Stop all functions that you do with your legs while continuing to use your upper body. Eat very poorly so your body starts to break down your muscles for the nutrients that are available in your muscles. But it'll break down muscle from all over your body so hf ^^.

If you REALLY want to make your calves smaller then yea do that :).

  • Who the hell wants get calves smaller? imho calves can't never be too muscular, calves and forearms are most difficult in general build up in strenght and muscle. Genetics play big part here. But if you insist getting smaller calves don't train them in any way and lose fat (tought there ain't much fat in calves general).

  • thanks for good training tips
