I wonder if he has recorded this- I heard him years ago at the Sydney International piano competition and this was something that has been edged in my memory, he has definately grown and matured a lot

Few pianists have an almost absolute piano mastery; but, who possess a true sense of rhythm, i.e. know how a piece breathes, are so few, you could count them on the fingers of one hand. Well, Alexander Lubyantsen is one of the latter.
