own properties in the philippines you can own a property there you are married to a woman form there.
I had to form partnerships to buy there
own 2 multi units which It pays for me to go there plus provide me a place to live there
there market is down now, it is a good time to buy,
and as you know the women there are hot

Also, the windows can be bigger. I like the design, but the windows are designed for cold weather. You want a sense of open feeling to fit the tropical weather, even if it has AC inside the house. Filipinos should not just imitate US housing because it's built for winter, The traditional Filipino house with lots of windows and wide doors make more sense. That will cut down on AC and unnecessary use of energy. Surrounding trees can cool off the house. The interior is very nice though,
