man you need to tune that thing

turn the high and low speed needle valve a 1/8 counter clockwise a few times and keep doing that until it sounds good and you should allways see blue smoke when at full throtel try that

If it is a cen 7.7 then it is 5 hp.

there is a hole on your first-second clutch and two diagonal one silver and one black screws on the inside, these screws should be loosend 1 full turn each make sure they are evenly loosend. try it and adjust as needed, it should not be making that high pitch noise
