I have lived in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. Vancouver is more beautiful than Toronto - hands down! The air is cleaner, the vibe is more relaxed and their is a healing energy their. However, the job situation is not as good as Toronto. Toronto has a better job market and more cultural diversity. Toronto is the New York of Canada - it's a fast paced city, dirty with rude people - but, that's what gives Toronto its edginess.. So you have to decide, it you like the fast paced life vs. relaxing

vancouver is one of the worst cities ive ever lived in. there are no benefits. not even a professional can afford a home now, transportation is at it's worst no matter where you go, jobs pay jack compared to homes, people are rude and ignorant... did i forget to add how much i hate pay parking and insurance? i'm going back to the boonies. vancouver wants to be the most sustainable city by 2020? good luck, especially with your under sized road widths
