cut expenses by localizing responsabilities, cut the middle men paper shufflers
localize everything including, government, education, energy and food production.....less distance from production to consumers means less energy losses , less transportation cost, less pollution, more mum and paps shops and more small food producers and farmers......plus plus plus

@ReliableInsider It's not my preference. It's the way it works. The government has no ability to regulate it's own size, scope and lifespan of various government programs. Therefore, when a program is created or a comittee it immidiately has it's own self preservation at heart and thereforte cannot be trusted to effectively fulfill it's mandate. If a government oganization fulfils it's mission objectives, it would therefore cease to exist if the people running the show actually had .....shit!

If that's your preference.

@ReliableInsider Riiiight. The government does NOTHING efficiently OR inexpensively.

How about making some videos for the white house with youtube stars that would get you a few million views overnight instead of 1300

I am not going to watch the entire hour but it's good to see the public and private sector working together to bring government into the 21st century. The Internet transforms how the federal government is able to serve the People efficiently and inexpensively.
