In the fire service you are taught the tetrahedron of the chemistry of fire, however after 3.2 seconds of slack jawed gawking by the firefighters they are told, "Big blue goes on big red", and the tetrahedron becomes, water on fire, then, Public relations, public relations, and public relations. See, just that simple.
