If only more doctors had such an holistic approach. All that training and most of them just dole out tablets for depression. I've cured mine by learning about nutrition.

I have recently been diagnoed with celiacs. I have been gluten-free for almost 3 months and my depression has gone. They had me on every drug imagined and nothing helped it and made it worse. I am so glad that we have found what has happened. i also had seizures and facial ticks from gluten. I am a whole new person now and i feel the way i should. I am glad i found a Doctor who took the time to find the root of the problem and not just a quick fix.

man I'm gluten intolerant and I have serious anxiety...it's so true, I can't sleep or work with this severe anxiety..:S good video! Hopefully i'll feel better soon..my antidepressants are not working..
@Lorelie1020 - Yes anxiety of a severe nature can definitely be associated with gluten intolerance, including celiac disease. We have learned that the neurological effects of gluten are even stronger than the digestive ones.
