Weezer cover - World Has Turned / No One Else.mpg

In 2009 I was part of a "Weezer tribute" show - we played the Blue Album start to finish. I played lead guitar and sang backup vocals. This was a home relearsal I recorded so I could see how I was doing; I always particularly liked this portion. There are some live clips of the show on YouTube under the band name "The Beatrix Potters" (the other guys all work for a publishing company). 2001 Gibson Les Paul through Marshall practice amp at low volume along with stereo.

Hey Ifutureman, do you find the tabs on this intro to be accurate? Your version is perfect but for some reason I cant get the same results even with highly rated tabs.

@mebe Thank you very much. The intro to World was one of the trickier parts for me. As far as tabs go, I almost always learn music by ear. Sometimes I youtube a good live clip or even someone else's cover to crack open the really tricky parts by watching the guitarist's hands. If you can use software to slow the track down, that is also extremely helpful. Speed has never been my strong suit.

Cool. I've never heard this song(s) but have a couple Weezer songs in my i-pod - Buddy Holly and Hash Pipe and like them a lot. Nice job on the guitar solo in particular.
