Thank you for this insightful analysis! I'm continuously dumbfounded by the widely held belief that McCain alone is the panderer in this race while Obama has been perfectly genuine. Having repeatedly expressed unlikely positions ie. the "undivided Jerusalem" comment, his assertive stance on Pakistan and a host of statements (promises rather) on the economy, one has to wonder how this is going largely unnoticed. Nice to see a balanced approach on youtube!

Thanks for the comment.Pandering seems inevitable in representative democracy. In my 3 videos on the delusional psy.of rep.democracy,I contrast systems where conditions and citizen aptitudes permit individual participation and responsibility.A sense of psychological equality diminishes the attraction of pandering.
