I just put all table features into this video to show you what's possible and achievable.

@DeadlyIron Try the game settings, I think I had the same problem. There are some patches available for the game and one unofficial patch was released after they stopped updating it. Try the patches and check the in-game settings.

I thought I was the only obsessive BoS nut on the planet. Duke Nukem is by far my favorite table with my highest scores up around 7- billion. Like me, you dont seem particularly worried about the Start Mode objectives either once you get your rhythm going. I only just reinstalled this game with the patches and have started playing again.
