thats more like it UMAR brother but still you missed alot of muslim scientists who built the foundation for today's greatest discoveries. i wonder when american and europeans talk about science history, they mention firstly the greek scientists then they take along jump of about 1000 to 1400 years, omitting the muslim great scientist and after talking about Patolemy, they talk right about Copernicus and kepler then Galileo then Newton and so on .... why do they miss Ibn Sina, Al Beroni etc

Goodness me, there are so many great scientists that have come and gone. Certainly Newton and Einstein can be counted amongst them. I would even venture J. Bronowski. Could Leornardo da Vinci be counted a scientist ? Keppler. Plank. Hawkins ( as is ). Bohr. Watson/Crick. Curie. Oppenheimer? Mendelev.

What about Johanne Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim ( Paracelsus ) ? Perhaps not ! Lister. Faraday, John Dalton - come on J. Dalton must be counted as a heavyweight, don`t you think ?
